Pricing and Availability
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including, but not limited to, errors in pricing or availability.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, excluding American Express, as well as Interac E-Transfers as forms of payment. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are the authorized user of the payment method and that you have the legal right to use the payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
We will ship your order to the address you provide during the checkout process. Shipping and handling fees will be added to your order total. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at calgarysales@mjmwheels.com. All returns must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging, with all accessories and manual included. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, less shipping and handling fees. See our returns page for more information.
Warranty
All products sold on the MJM Ebikes website come with a manufacturer's warranty. If you have any issues with a product, please contact us at calgarysales@mjmwheels.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Limitations of Liability
In no event shall MJM Ebikes be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with the website or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if MJM Ebikes, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Alberta, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
