Warranty Process
-
The customer needs to have the original purchase receipt for the ebike. Without the original receipt, a warranty claim can not be made.
-
The onus is on the customer to have their ebike be dropped-off or delivered to the store where they originally purchased the ebike. Warranty work will only be provided by the location the ebike was purchased from.
-
The customer must then wait for an inspection to be conducted on the ebike to determine if the issues it has been brought in for are covered under warranty. Refer to the sections "Not Covered Under Warranty", and, "Warranty Void If" sections above for more details.
-
If MJM has determined the issues on the ebike are covered under warranty, the problem parts will be replaced (labor time is not covered by your warranty and will be billed to you).
-
If MJM determines that the issues on the ebike are not covered under warranty, the customer can then choose to either have the issues repaired out-of-pocket, or they can choose to come pick-up their ebike or have it shipped back to them, at their expense.
