Distributor Re-Stocking Charges

As inventory is sold, we create purchase orders for replacement stock.

When product is unexpectedly returned after the sale, it creates:

  1. Inventory control issues, and;

  2. A time requirement to review the returned product re: condition of the ebike, battery, charger and any other parts; are all parts returned; and then paperwork to return the item to stock and issue a credit.

Therefore, if you wish to return purchased stock, our policy is:

 

  • New Product – still in the box:

    • Has to have been purchased within the last 90 days.

    • Notify us about the items to be returned.

    • We will make arrangements for the ebike to be picked up and returned to our warehouse, or you can make your own arrangements.

    • Once received, and validated that the product has been retuned in a new condition, and that the battery, charger and other parts are included, we will issue a credit for:

      • The net price paid for the ebike, less 10% if in the box, or less 15% if not packaged in an MJM box.

      • Less any freight charges that were incurred by MJM Wheels to send the product to you on the original shipment, and for the return freight costs.

 

  • Demo Product:

    • If the ebike has between 5 and 100 km on it, we cannot sell it as a new product. The above return policy will apply, assuming the bike in in a clean and unscratched condition, except the re-stocking charge will be 15% in a box, or 20% out of the box.

    • If the ebike has between 101 and 200 km on it, we can only sell it as a demo unit, which is subject to a further discounted price in the store. The above return policy will apply, assuming the bike is returned in a clean and unscratched condition, except the re-stocking charge will be 20% in the box, or 25% out of the box.

  • Instances Where We Will Refuse Refunds:

    • If the bike has more than 200 km on it, we will not accept it back, or offer a refund on it.
